Werthold developers working through a build together at the studio
Three developers, started in 2026

Websites and software, built by the people you actually talk to.

Werthold is a new studio: marketing sites, web apps, and the infrastructure that keeps them running. You get all three of us on the project.

Designers marking up interface wireframes on printed layouts

Most rebuilds start with a flow nobody ever tested.

We prototype the idea and put it in front of real users before anyone writes production code.

Engineers watching infrastructure monitoring dashboards

Deploying should be the boring part of your week.

Pipelines, preview environments, and alerts that only fire when something a user would notice has broken.

The Werthold team talking through a project in the studio

The people on the first call are the ones who build it.

No handover to a delivery team you have never met. Same names from the proposal through to launch.

We started Werthold in 2026. Three developers, no client list to point at yet, and a good deal more to prove than a studio that has been around for a decade. That seems worth saying on the homepage rather than burying it.

What it buys you: all three of us on your project instead of whoever is free, prices set to earn a reputation rather than protect a margin, and an honest answer about scope even when a smaller job pays us less.

What we do

Five things, all done in-house

Most projects use two or three of these. Nothing here gets passed to a partner agency without your say-so.

Website Development

Marketing sites, online stores and web apps that load quickly and are built to be found in search.

How we build sites

The work we are built for

There is no portfolio here yet, and inventing one would be the fastest way to lose your trust. Werthold is new. What follows is the kind of project we are set up to do well, and if you are one of the first to hire us you will get more attention than the budget strictly pays for. That is the trade.

Dashboards people use every day

Reporting and operations tools where the difficult part is the query layer and the permissions model, not the charts.

Rescue work

Codebases someone else left behind

An audit first, then a plan to stabilise it. Sometimes the honest answer is a rewrite, often it is not.

How a project runs

Five stages, and you can stop after any of them. The proposal and the audit are useful documents even if you take them elsewhere.

Talk through your project
  1. A call, no slide deck

Half an hour on what you are trying to do and what is currently in the way. If we are the wrong studio for it, we say so on that call.

  2. Scope in writing

Every screen or endpoint listed on one page, with a price and the assumptions behind it. You own the document either way.

  3. Design, tested early

Wireframes, then a clickable prototype. Real users click it before we commit any of it to code.

  4. Build in the open

Weekly calls against a working URL. Nothing sits hidden for a month waiting for a reveal.

  5. Launch, then a quiet period

We watch the first weeks closely, fix what the real world finds, and hand over documentation you can actually follow.

Fewer people between you and the work

A larger agency can throw more people at a deadline. What it cannot do is keep the person who understood your problem in the room for the whole project.

  • No handover, no relay

Questions go straight to whoever is writing the code, which is usually the difference between a two-minute answer and a two-day one.

  • Scope you can hold us to

An itemised document rather than an hours estimate. When something genuinely changes, we reprice that piece and show our working.

  • Straight answers about scope

Including the ones that cost us money, like telling you the feature you asked for can wait until you have users asking for it.

The team

Three developers, and that is the whole company

No account managers, no bench, nobody to hand your project to when it gets difficult. Hire Werthold and you get these three.

What happens if you get in touch

Written down so there is no mystery about it.

A reply from someone who builds things

Your message lands in the studio inbox, not a marketing sequence. Usually answered the same working day, occasionally the next one.

A call where we mostly listen

Half an hour, no presentation. Bring the messy version of the problem. We will ask about budget, but not before we understand the work.

A written scope before any invoice

The plan, the price and the assumptions, on paper. If we cannot describe it clearly enough to price it, it is not ready to build.

Something to look at every week

Working software on a real URL from the first sprint. You should never have to ask how it is going.

Questions we get asked

If yours is not here, email us and we will answer it properly.

You are new. Why would I hire you?

That is a fair question and we would rather answer it than dodge it. Werthold started in 2026, so we cannot point at a decade of launches. What we can offer is the three of us on your project instead of whoever is free, prices set to build a reputation rather than protect a margin, and code you are welcome to have an independent developer review before you pay the final invoice.

What does a project cost?

We quote per project after a call, and we quote low for the work our first clients bring us. Tell us the budget you are working with and we will tell you honestly what fits inside it, including when the answer is that it does not.

How long does it take?

A marketing site takes three to six weeks once the content is settled. A first version of a web app is more often eight to sixteen weeks. Content is the usual reason a project slips, so we agree who is writing it before anything starts.

Who actually does the work?

Mohd Sameer, Shaik Taazeem and Mohd Ibrahim. That is the entire company, so the people on your first call are the people writing the code. Nothing gets subcontracted without telling you first.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a support window while the dust settles. After that you can keep us on monthly for monitoring, updates and small changes, or take the documentation and run it yourself. We will tell you which one you actually need.

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Yes. We start with a paid audit of the code, the hosting and the SEO, then give you a written report ranking what is urgent, what is worth doing and what to leave alone. The report is yours whether or not you have us do the work.

Got something you want built?

Send over what you have, even if it is three lines and a rough deadline. You will get a reply from an engineer, usually the same working day.
