What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the service you picked and your message. There is no account to create and nothing else is required.
Why we have it
To answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation if it turns into a project. That is the entire purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, because we do not run one.
Where it goes
Your message is emailed to the studio inbox and stored on the server that runs this site. Only Mohd Sameer, Shaik Taazeem and Mohd Ibrahim can read it. We do not pass enquiries to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once the conversation is clearly over. If you would rather we deleted yours straight away, email info@werthold.com and we will do it and confirm.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you submit the contact form, a short-lived session cookie is used to check the submission came from this site and not from a bot. It carries no personal information and expires when you close the browser.
Other people’s services
Fonts, icons and the animation libraries this site uses are loaded from public content delivery networks (Google Fonts and jsDelivr among them). Your browser contacts those services to fetch the files, which means they can see your IP address, in the same way any website using them does. We send them nothing about you ourselves.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email info@werthold.com and you will get an answer from one of the three of us, not a ticketing system.

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so here rather than quietly editing it. Last updated 2 August 2026.
